Absolutely love my new washer. The ultrafresh vent feature keeps it from smelling between loads. Best feature so far is smart dispense, I love that it holds 50oz if detergent and dispenses the correct amount based on load size.

The first one violently shook every time it did a wash. The service man came and noticed a dent in the machine. Maybe it was dropped during transportation. We had it replaced and the replacement worked great for a month. It starts and then shuts off. We are now waiting for parts. They think it is a speed sensor. i have a feeling we will be on machine #3 soon.

Accomodates large loads!

Very pleased with this washer so far. Due to it's large size I was able to catch up on 10 days of accumulated laundry(time it took to get new one purchased and delivered.) in 3 loads. Would have taken 5-6 in my old washer. Love the ventilating feature so don't have to keep the door open.

Just received our new washing machine and my wife loves it. Plenty of features with wifi and mold resistance. Our old machine and clothes smelled moldy even after cleaning constantly, I cant imagine the health consequences. Plenty of features 10 Year Warranty I cant think of any additional features needed. Buy this you wont be sorry.

Have been using this machine just over a week now. So far so good. Really like the Smart Dispense and Ultrafresh Vent. I didn't think the fresh vent would dry the rubber gasket as well is it does. It really does work. Too soon to rate on quality and value. But for now, I rate as good.

This machine is quiet and fast. I love the detergent auto dispense tank, huge time and storage saver. Being able to use steam for cleaner close is a must. Knowing that the venting system is preventing mold and mildew build up eases any concerns for allergies and illness because of my washer. What a great front loader.

This seems to be a hit or miss washer. First one I got there was something wrong with the spin cycle from the start, after the repair guy was here twice , GE replaced the washer with a new one and even sent me a check to cover laundromat fees. This new one seem to be working great, the salesman should have told me that it needed a concrete base.
