Quiet but doesn't clean

I had a whirlpool for 16 years and I thought I'd stay with the same brand. Very disappointed in the new model. It doesn't even come close to cleaning like my old whirlpool.

I feel jipped

I bought this about a month ago...had to replace my previous one (or fix it which would cost the same as buying a new one.) So, I bought a new one. Basically, it's the same but cheaper quality. Racks feel lighter and the inside is not stainless steel as its predecessor.
